Shakeology

I began drinking Shakeology before I decided to run for Mrs. Alaska and it's safe to say I will drink it far after the pageant! Shakeology is the missing link in my fitness and nutrition plan. It gives me that boost of energy in the morning that doesn't make me jittery. Shakeology leave me full and satisfied. I'm able to say no to the donuts in the breakroom, because Shakeology takes those cravings away.  I know that I have given my body LOADS of nutrition that it needs.

Although I love a great Starbucks drink. I know I could not provide my body with the multiple nutrients and vitamins in one drink like Shakeology gives me!
